How to Delete Your Nexelia Account

Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. All your progress, flashcard schedules, and data will be deleted.

To delete your account: go to Settings → Account → scroll to the bottom → click “Delete account.” You will be asked to confirm by typing your email address.

If you have an active paid subscription, cancel it first from Settings → Billing to avoid further charges — account deletion does not automatically cancel your subscription.
