Common Billing Questions

When am I charged? Monthly or annually, depending on the plan you chose. Your renewal date is shown in Settings → Billing.

Can I switch between monthly and annual billing? Yes. Go to Settings → Billing to change your billing frequency. Changes take effect at your next renewal.

Do you offer student discounts? Nexelia’s pricing is already designed to be affordable for students. Check the pricing page for current rates and any active promotions.

What payment methods do you accept? All major credit and debit cards via Stripe. We do not currently accept PayPal or bank transfers.
