If you were charged in error or experienced a technical issue that prevented you from using the platform, contact us at support@nexeliaacademy.com within 7 days of the charge and we will review your case.
We do not offer refunds for partial months or if you simply changed your mind after subscribing. Per-subject purchases are non-refundable once access has been granted.
