If the AI study coach shows as unavailable or returns an error: first check that you have AI questions remaining today (shown in the AI panel). If your limit is not reached, try refreshing the page.

If the issue continues, it may be a temporary service disruption — try again in a few minutes. If the AI coach is unavailable for more than an hour, contact support@nexeliaacademy.com.
