What to Do If a Page Isn't Loading
If a Nexelia page is not loading or showing an error:
- Refresh the page (Ctrl+R / Cmd+R)
- Clear your browser cache and try again
- Try a different browser or device
- Check your internet connection
- Try in an incognito/private window
If the problem continues, check whether other websites are loading normally. If Nexelia specifically is down, we may be experiencing a temporary issue — check back in a few minutes.
If the problem persists for more than 30 minutes, contact us at support@nexeliaacademy.com with a description of the issue and your browser/device.
